Our commitment

At Interroll, integrity, compliance, and ethical conduct form the very foundation of our corporate identity, serving as the guiding principles that shape every aspect of our operations. We recognize our responsibility to all stakeholders, including our employees, customers, partners, shareholders, and the communities in which we operate. By prioritizing ethical behavior and adhering to compliance standards, we strive to build lasting relationships, drive sustainable growth, and contribute positively to the world around us. At Interroll, these principles are not just ideals, they are the promise we make to those who rely on us.

Our principles

Integrity

We act with honesty, transparency, and fairness. Trust is earned through consistency in words and actions, and we prioritize doing what is right - even when this might not be easy. Our decisions reflect accountability to stakeholders and respect for the laws, cultures, and environments in which we operate.

Compliance

We comply with legal and regulatory requirements worldwide. Our zero-tolerance policy prohibits bribery, corruption, antitrust violations, fraud, and data misuse. Employees and partners must understand and follow all applicable laws. Continuous training and clear policies ensure compliance is embedded in our culture.

Ethical Conduct

We foster a respectful, inclusive, and safe workplace. Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation are unacceptable at Interroll. Beyond the requirements of our legal obligations, we commit to environmental protection, sustainable practices, and ethical supply chains. Business decisions are made without conflicts of interests and, if these occur, they have to be transparently disclosed.

Responsibility to Stakeholders

We deliver quality products, solutions and services while safeguarding customer data and privacy. Partnerships are built on mutual respect, fairness, and contractual performance. Shareholders receive accurate reporting, and we engage with communities through various initiatives.

Accountability

We continuously improve our policies, fostering a culture where integrity is non-negotiable. Employees and leaders are empowered to speak up about concerns without fear of retaliation. All reports are investigated promptly. Violations result in corrective action, including disciplinary measures.

Our pledge

Every Interroll employee, regardless of role and hierarchy, is responsible for living up to our principles. By embracing this commitment, we protect our reputation, build trust, and ensure long-term success. Together, we advance innovation and excellence in the right way.
