Performance
Transparency leads the way: Interroll’s sustainable progress is rooted in rigorous reporting, trusted ratings and clear accountability – ensuring integrity at every step.
Our governance structure for sustainability
Sustainability is a core component of Interroll Corporate Strategy. The Board of Directors ensures good Corporate Governance of the sustainable development of the company with its dedicated Sustainability Committee and the Corporate Sustainability department.

Interroll’s approach to Reporting & Transparency
At Interroll, we prioritize transparency and accountability in our sustainability journey. Our annual Sustainability Report aligns with the globally recognized Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, ensuring the comprehensive disclosure of our environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategies, actions, and impacts. Simultaneously, we adhere to the Swiss Code of Obligations (Article 964b), which mandates transparency on non-financial matters, reinforcing our commitment to ethical and responsible business practices.
The sustainability report serves as a cornerstone of our Communication on Progress for the United Nations Global Compact and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), detailing how we integrate sustainability into our operations.
While the report is not yet externally audited, it reflects our internal processes and structured sustainability management.
Our Methodology
We employ a holistic, integrated approach that connects ESG performance with long-term financial success. By identifying material topics through stakeholder engagement and robust risk assessments, we shape strategies that address both current challenges and future opportunities. Each section of the report is guided by clear metrics, progress updates, and actionable goals.
