Welcome to the Sustainability Report 2024

2024 was an important year for Interroll. We continued to adapt our organization and processes, which has further strengthened our ability to meet market demands. This change is centered around enhanced customer focus and centricity, ensuring we stay agile and aligned with our stakeholders’ needs. As a cornerstone, we optimize increased collaboration across regions and functions.

Our ESG strategy is built on understanding impacts and risks, and enhancing our management system. We established a Sustainability Committee within the Board of Directors to review progress and monitor developments.

In 2024, we also made notable strides in sustainability. A key highlight was the establishment of charging stations for electric vehicles across multiple Interroll sites, strengthening our commitment to electrifying our company fleet. We also revised our Code of Conduct and achieved ISO certifications, strengthening our sustainability management system.

Interroll (Thailand) Co Ltd. won the “Wellness Corporate Culture Award”. This award is given to organizations that excel at creating a healthy workplace culture, focusing on the well-being of their employees.
