In 2024, Interroll worked on a new Code of Conduct and strengthened its anti-corruption measures which were published in March 2025.

In 2024, Interroll strengthened its ethical and compliance frameworks by introducing a new Code of Conduct, updating its whistleblowing policy, and implementing a Policy Manager tool for centralized policy management as well as a comprehensive training program that covers topics such as conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, whistleblower protection, etc.

Interroll addressed discrimination and harassment by investigating reported cases and improving reporting processes. The company also assessed its suppliers’ ESG risks, focusing on high-risk suppliers, and plans to integrate more environmental and social criteria into its supplier selection process in 2025. Through its commitment to the UN Global Compact and the SDGs, Interroll continues to promote human rights, environmental protection, and anti-corruption across its operations.

In addition to these internal measures, Interroll also responded to external challenges, such as Hurricane Helene, by organizing a donation drive at its Wilmington site, collecting essential items and making a monetary donation to Cajun Navy Relief.
