Barbara Bergmeier

Barbara Bergmeier holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Landshut, Germany, and has completed professional training for Supervisory Board Members at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Berlin. 
From July 2022 to January 2025, she served as Executive Director Industrial Operations and a member of the Executive Board of Directors of Jaguar Land Rover Ltd., where she was responsible for global production operations and procurement and led the transformation of manufacturing toward vehicle electrification. Since February 2025, she has acted as Strategic Advisor to Jaguar Land Rover. 
Previously, she was Executive Vice President Operations of the Airbus Defence and Space and a member of the Supervisory Board of Airbus Operations GmbH Germany, and prior to that Chief Operating Officer and Executive Board member of DRÄXLMAIER Group S. Mrs. Bergmeier spent more than 20 years at BMW AG in senior management positions. 
She has received multiple international leadership awards and brings deep expertise in large-scale industrial transformation and governance.
