Stephan Patrick Schärer holds a degree in marketing from FHBB Basel and an International Executive MBA from Stockholm University, as well as executive finance training from INSEAD and IMD. He has more than 20 years of international experience in finance leadership roles within global industrial companies, including ABB and Sulzer. During his career, he held various senior positions, including most recently Division CFO Flow at Sulzer and multiple CFO and controlling roles within ABB Robotics across Europe and Asia. He brings broad expertise in financial management, controlling, treasury, risk and compliance, combined with a strong track record in supporting business growth and operational performance.
He joined the Interroll Group as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on June 1, 2026. He holds no external Board of Directors’ mandates.
