Susanne Schreiber

Susanne Schreiber holds the second state law examination in Bavaria and is admitted to practice as a tax advisor, a lawyer, and a certified tax expert in Germany and Switzerland. She has extensive experience in international mergers and acquisitions transactions and international tax law. She joined Bär & Karrer AG in Zurich in 2015 as partner and co-head of the tax department and has acted as chair of the Board of Directors since 2022. Previously, she worked for an international law firm in Germany and for KPMG in Zurich, where she headed the Swiss M&A tax department. Susanne has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2021 and is currently Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. She holds no other external Board of Directors’ mandates. She does not hold any operational management positions at Interroll Holding AG or any of its Group companies, was not a member of the management of Interroll Holding AG or any of its Group companies in the three financial years preceding the reporting period and, unless otherwise stated in this report, has no significant business relationships with Interroll Holding AG or any of its Group companies.
