Ulrich Engenhardt

With a degree in Industrial Engineering from Esslingen University of Applied Sciences and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, USA, Ulrich Engenhardt joined Interroll as Chief Technology Officer in January 2026. He has a wide-ranging expertise in the areas of technology, innovation, and business management, with focus on customer-centric innovation, integrated solutions across hardware, software and automation, as well as the development and scaling of regional competence centers. Throughout his career, he has led R&D and product management organizations and driven global innovation programs. Prior to joining Interroll, Ulrich Engenhardt served as Chief Business Units Officer at Rittal and held several senior management positions at Kärcher. He also held management positions in product management and consulting at Synthes GmbH, smart gmbh, and Accenture GmbH.
